Fitness programs can be done in person, 1:1 or with group coaching. We also offer virtual programming options which is a more cost effective option for clients that want a program to follow along with, but aren’t interested in personal training for each session. 

In the Virtual Program, I will create programs in the Trainerize App. You can follow along on your own time, wherever it is that you like to workout. You’ll know exactly what specific exercises to perform along with the sets and reps that are to be completed for each exercise. All of the exercises are also accompanied by a video demonstration so you are never left guessing.

We will also meet once a month on Zoom to review progress and assess movement patterns and will adjust the program accordingly.

Through all of my programs, my clients have access to me throughout the week either through the messaging feature on the Trainerize app or via email.
